Used by world-class athletes like Dan Bigham and Alistair Brownlee throughout the 2023 and 2024 season, we've been hard at work behind the scenes, striving to perfect our latest innovation.
The result is the Anemoi Modular Armrest Collection.

DEVELOPMENT NEVER ENDS
The launch of the Anemoi Mk2 Extension System brought about a focus on integrated and future-proofed solutions. Central to this concept is the modular design of our new armrest collection, allowing for adaptability as componentry and aerodynamic understanding of this sensitive area evolves.
Guided by applied aerodynamic science and a rigorous testing process, we evaluated scores of designs to identify those that would maximise performance.
By testing numerous profile designs at varying speeds, yaw angles, and rider body compositions and positions, one aspect stood out above all; the wing profiles are more individualised than any component we have previously tested.
What the data says
The data outcome was incredibly diverse, and whilst it delivered varying results, rider repeatability was consistent. The one prevailing conclusion: wing profiles are best suited for riders willing to conduct their own testing.
While this principle should be applied across all of our products as every individual is different, the wing profiles are a product where we strongly recommend you carry out your own testing.
To help guide your testing, we've streamlined our selection to three wing profiles, each offering consistent and reliable performance.
Curled
The long-anticipated curled armrest, utilised by professional athletes during the 2024 season, demonstrated aerodynamic proficiency when tested at low yaw angles. Its consistent performance in stable conditions makes it the preferred choice for track cyclists.
Straight
In a world full of options, sometimes the key to success lies in simplicity. The straight modular armrest not only future-proofs your setup in a rapidly evolving landscape but also serves as a baseline option for your testing protocols.
Winglet
Arguably our most daring innovation yet, the Winglet armrest—named for its distinctive winged design—generally performed best at higher yaw angles. This aspect, coupled with its UCI-compliant design, makes it the preferred choice for time trial cyclists and triathletes.
